September 17, 2018

Taipei-based, government-backed IT research institute MIC (Market Intelligence & Consulting Institute) conducted an online survey on online shoppers aged 13-51 and above living in Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines during the fourth quarter of 2017, and 350 effective questionnaires were collected from each country. "The results suggest home delivery is the most popular delivery method for online consumers living in these three countries, followed by meet-in-person, and convenience store pickup," says Rosa Chang, senior industry analyst at MIC.
